Who we are
Jesse’s yogic journey began in 2002 after a near-crippling mountain biking accident. After six weeks of immobility and meeting many of his demons through earnest meditation, He began to practice Hatha Yoga in the Southwest United States. Today he says that life didn’t truly start until that fateful accident. Life is yoga, he believes, and it’s a daily practice of gratitude and intention. Click here to read the rest of jesse’s bio.
Sherri is a CPA, local business owner and mother of 2 boys. She has practiced yoga on and off for the last twenty years but it wasn’t until she met Jesse 3 years ago that she developed a consistent yoga practice. Through Jesse’s teachings, she learned the importance of intentional breathing and linking breath to movement which has subsequently helped her cope with her anxiety and the stress of raising a child with special needs. She considers her chance meeting with Jesse as a “gift” and wants to share that gift with the world, one person and one community at a time.
